Thottam Farm Fresh is a produce & spices company based in Kochi, Kerela. They wanted to bring out their roots through their packaging, while still keeping a minimal and clean design aesthetic.  Their logo had to be reflective of all their products (Spices, Tea, Coffee, Fruits and Vegetables) Hence the leaf was chosen as a universal symbol to represent it all.

The Logo
The leaf became the universal symbol for this brand, that means Garden in Malyali. It works as a significant factor for all the product ranges the brand subsequently introduced.

The Packaging
Creating a simple but iconic shape, the packaging labels were made to go on simple stand up pouches. The front of the label had a fun illustration of the product, while the back showed an illustration of the plant it came from.

The Gift Packaging
We decided to create food/dish specific gift boxes which could be sold from airport gift stores and Indian souvinier stores as a great memory from our country. Some of the options include: Biryani GIft Box, Chicken/Paneer Butter Masala Gift Box, South Indian Gift Box, North Indian Gift Box.

The gift boxes contain various selections of spices. Simple line illustrations are used to highlight the fresh, organic ingredients used in the brand’s products.
